Can I help pick the music for the video?
Outside of music caught on camera (i.e your first dance - if included in your package) Unfortunately, we have to obey several copyright laws, which often means famous artists/songs cannot be used as background music on our videos. We can discuss preferred music genres and work around your preferred choices, however the final choice will be down to us.
Can I review the video before it’s finalized?
Sometimes we will ask couples which clips they prefer, as we understand the need for wedding videos to be as perfect as possible, however we do not offer a "review" of the video before we present it to you.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as soon as possible, as we can be more likely to guarantee your chosen dates. On average, most couples book between 6 months to over 1 year before the wedding day.
Are there any extra costs to take into account?
No. There will never be any hidden costs or charges to think about.
Before payment is taken, we will lay out the entire plan and costs for the chosen package etc.. so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Up to one month before the wedding day: 50% Refund (Less Admin Charges)
Thereafter: Non-Refundable amount.
